(Summary description)On May 23rd, Professor Tong Chengbiao from Hunan Agricultural University, Professor Li Zhipeng from Changsha University of Science and Technology, Professor Chen Yifei from Hunan University/Institute of Hydraulic Analysis, Professors from Lanzhou University of Technology and other famous universities and Anhui Hongxing Valve Co., Ltd. visited our company for the Baise project piston valve. Simulation experiment.

 



 

he Changsha Canon General Pump Industry Co., Ltd. test center is the only high-pressure pump test station in Hunan authorized by the quality supervision and inspection of hydraulic machinery in Hunan Province, and the only national secondary high-pressure pump test platform in Hunan.

The maximum test pressure of our test center can reach 25MPa, the maximum test flow is up to 16000m³/h, the maximum diameter is 1400mm, the supporting power supply is 10KV/6KV/380V, and the maximum supporting motor power can reach 5000KW. Large test pipelines above DN500 are 1400mm, 900mm, 500mm, maximum lifting capacity 20T, rail height 12m. Among them, 8 meters wet pit and 5.5 meters dry pit are prepared with various interfaces to meet the pump installation test operation under the conditions of inverted irrigation. And the test requirements of low-lift axial flow pumps. At the same time, the test station also prepares imported resistance adjustment devices, which can test the cavitation of large pumps.

 



 



 

The pump model used in this simulation experiment is: DKS3600-125*3, the flow rate is as high as 3600m³/h, the head is nearly 400 meters, and the frequency conversion motor power is 5000KW.

There is only one manufacturer in Hunan that owns this large flow and high lift pump and test site.

The test center adopts a fully automatic host computer measurement and control system, and is equipped with 5 field probes, which can monitor the entire test center in an all-round way. It uses high-precision testing instruments and meters. Sensors and computers are combined to automatically collect, process, and analyze power parameters and fluid parameters. The test results can be automatically displayed, printed tabulations, and drawn characteristic curves. The data of the central control room and the reception room can be synchronized to run and display, and can be remotely synchronized to run witnesses with authorization.
